Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Carefully break up kale bunch into small snack size pieces. Rinse and dry the kale in a either a salad bowl or drainer. Mix the salt, pepper and garlic powder in a small bowl
Cover a cookie sheet with aluminum foil. Spread the pieces of kale out evenly.
Carefully sprinkle the olive oil and lemon wedge juice over the pieces; then sprinkle the mixture of seasonings.
Let cook for about 10-15 minutes or until the edges are browned.
Allow chips to cool and then serve them up!!
